Paying Rent
Rent is due on the first of the month. Payments can be made via personal check, certified funds (money order or cashier’s check), or online through your secured tenant portal. Please make checks payable to Realty85. Please note that we do not accept cash.
Maintenance Requests
If you encounter a maintenance issue, please submit a Maintenance Request through your tenant portal. Be sure to include the following details:
- Nature of the Problem: Clearly describe the issue you’re experiencing.
- Pictures: Attach clear photos of the problem.
- Make and Model: Provide the make and model of any affected appliances.
Moving Out
As your lease approaches its end, please follow these steps:
- Give Notice: Submit your move-out notice through your tenant portal or certified mail.
- Clean the Property: Ensure the property is professionally cleaned and carpets are cleaned.
- Repair and Replace: Address any missing or broken items.
- Schedule Your Move-Out: Call us to arrange your move-out appointment. While your presence at the inspection is not required, we recommend it to ensure everything is in order.
- Return Keys and Forwarding Address: Turn in your keys and provide a forwarding address via your tenant portal for the return of your security deposit.
